In our earliest inception, the Wild Women was a group of women poets who read together at the South Street Arts Festival. Today, we are a multimedia, multigenerational, multitalented collective of creative artists performing together throughout the Philadelphia area. The Wild Women use art, poetry, and music to foster unity, celebrate diversity, and generate discussion around the social, political, and personal issues that touch our lives and the lives of women everywhere.
