is the co-editor of the Mad Poets Review, as well as an elementary school teacher who has worked in the Head Start Program with the School District of Philadelphia. She has led workshops at the Delaware County Women's Conference and the Philadelphia Writers' Conference and has read her poetry at many locations throughout the Delaware Valley, including the South Street Arts Festival, Hedgerow Theatre, Haverford Library, Main Line Art Center, and Sidetracks Café. She has participated in various poetry courses held at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her 20 years as an educator, she has presented workshops to parents and teachers, and has held the roles of director and consultant with early childhood programs of the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
